Can Cold Press method be applied on Carob?

Under reduced pressure, the substance boils at a much lower temperature and evaporation process is applied.
In the traditional method, particularly as a result of high heat-treatment, HMF is formed.
What is HMF? What is the Limit? How Is it Measured?
HMF is an organic compound and an abbreviation for Hydroxymethylfurfurol.
This substance is thought to cause cancer and current studies are ongoing regarding it.
HMF limit was determined as 75 mg / kg for liquid molasses in the TGK molasses communique.
